Retro Christmas Design Kit from Soft Flex
I’m not a Soft Flex Company affiliate, however, they did send me a Mystery Design Kit so that I could post video and social content while entertaining y’all everywhere with my usual sparkly shenanigans. All opinions, as always, are my own.
I received a beautiful Christmas-themed selection of beads, findings, charms and stringing materials from my friends at SoftFlexCompany.com. This Mystery Design Kit is called the Retro Christmas Design Kit and in addition to the Jesse James Retro Christmas bead mix, SoftFlex also has a coordinating bead strand and a wonderful trio set of bead stringing wire spools.
Christmas Beads, Candy Canes, Reindeer & More!
I enjoyed opening this gift from Soft Flex! See my YouTube video for the full unwrapping, but the package was plum full of sugar…or is that sugarplums? I got scrumptious candy cane beads to use as delicious focals in a festive design. There are interesting colors of Falu red, metallics, oranges, turquoise, teal, and greens mixed for a vintage Christmas feel. 
It is a Dickens-style vibe that I’m experiencing while contemplating my jewelry designs. So, I’ll light up my upgraded Kindle Fire HD 10 with A Christmas Carol tonight while I happily bead and read. Or rather, get read to by a pleasant-sounding computerized British lady. Thank you Amazon Kindle text-to-speech feature! I’ve been sick with sinus and cough since Thanksgiving, so I’ve not felt like decorating my house for Christmas. I did, however, get to decorate my DreamBox cabinet in a Christmas Sparkle theme complete with pastel pink and blue Nutcrackers, Santas and Angels. The decor and the sparkly gifts that I’ve received from Soft Flex and my friends at Jesse James Beads have really brightened my spirits quite a bit. I’m happy each time I come into the room to telework, despite not being able to create with my holiday jewelry-making goodies while sick. Santa Monica does have some last-minute elf-work plans for some neighbors though that will be sparkle-tastic.

I’m thankful for the opportunities to show you their fabulous selection of jewelry-making supplies because I’ve been a long-time fan and customer of both companies.
