I designed these cards to be earring holder cards for my cute little wire wrapped pumpkin earrings. You can purchase those pumpkin earrings here.
These are made using my Sizzix machine with a retired set of thinlet dies that cut out a variety of words and accents in addition to the main body of the fold over pumpkin.
If you prefer to punch earring holes for jewelry packaging, you may be interested in purchasing this earring punch: http://amzn.to/2z4k9vh or you can simply piece with a beading awl or sharp needle to create two holes for the ear wire to go through.
