Jewelry Design Revision Fee

This is a customization option for those sparkly shoppers who have approved their custom jewelry design via photos/ messaging during the special request finalization or for those who have purchased a pre-made design and changed their mind on the following:

  • bead texture/ weight/ size
  • chain texture/ weight/ size
  • closure/ clasp type
  • cording texture/ weight/ size
  • design issue
  • ear wire type

Other reasons for changes may also be included in this fee option, at the discretion of the jewelry designer once notified by the sparkly shopper. All attempts will be made to satisfy whatever the issue/ preference. Return shipping cost(s) are the responsibility of the shopper per the information below.

Description

Shipping costs to return the item(s) for revisions are the responsibility of the sparkly shopper.  

If there are no additional items to be purchased other than the re-design fee, the additional shipping cost(s) to return the remade design is also the sparkly shopper’s responsibility. Otherwise, if you are purchasing an additional item(s) at the same time of your revision request, the redesign will be held and shipped along with your new order if that is agreeable to you. If you need your new order mailed before I get the revision piece back from you, I will send you an invoice for the return shipping fee once I have updated your older design.
