Fee for Earring Repairs

This is a fee to repair broken ear wires, replace ear wires for a different style (ex. change from posts to French style/ fish hooks) or create a simple redesign of an old set of costume or fashion jewelry earrings using your existing design beads. Basic bead additions of petite seed beads or matching/ changing out scratched up beads, metal spacers, bead caps will be included in the standard redesign with existing beads in the earrings, based on your request.

For a complete redesign with alternate bead upgrades such as Swarovski crystals, semi-precious stones or precious metal ear wires (ex. copper, gold, sterling silver, & silver), please request a custom quote which will then be invoiced.

Description

Other reasons for changes may also be included in this fee option, at the discretion of the jewelry designer once notified by the sparkly shopper. Luxury jewelry containing precious stones and metals will not be repaired or redesigned by me and should be taken to a jewelry store for a consultation. Return shipping cost(s) are the responsibility of the shopper per the information below.

 

Shipping costs to return the item(s) for revisions are the responsibility of the sparkly shopper.  

If there are no additional items to be purchased other than the earring repairs fee, the additional shipping cost(s) to return the earrings is also the sparkly shopper’s responsibility. Otherwise, if you are purchasing an additional item(s) at the same time of your repair request, the repaired earrings will be held and shipped along with your new order if that is agreeable to you. If you need your new order mailed before I get the repaired earrings back from you, I will send you an invoice for the return shipping fee once I have repaired your broken/ previous designed earrings.
