Fee for Bracelet Repairs

This is a fee to repair a broken bracelet, replace bracelet components for a different style (ex. lobster clasp to magnetic) or create a simple redesign of an old costume or fashion jewelry bracelet using your existing design’s beads. Basic bead additions of petite seed beads or matching/ changing out scratched up beads, metal spacers, bead caps will be included in the standard redesign with existing beads in the bracelet, based on your request.

For a complete redesign with alternate bead upgrades such as Swarovski crystals, semi-precious stones or a precious metal clasp and findings (ex. pure copper, gold-filled, sterling silver, & silver), please request a custom quote which will then be invoiced.

Please select if your repair will require a redesign of the style, clasp type or need additional/ replacement supplies.

Description

Other reasons for changes may also be included in this fee option, at the discretion of the jewelry designer once notified by the sparkly shopper. Luxury jewelry containing precious stones and metals will not be repaired or redesigned by me and should be taken to a jewelry store for a consultation. Return shipping cost(s) are the responsibility of the shopper per the information below.

 

Shipping costs to return the item(s) for revisions are the responsibility of the sparkly shopper.  

If there are no additional items to be purchased other than this repair fee, the additional shipping cost(s) to return the item is also the sparkly shopper’s responsibility. Otherwise, if you are purchasing an additional item(s) at the same time as your repair request, the repaired item will be held and shipped along with your new order, if that is agreeable to you. If you need your new order mailed before I get the repaired item back from you, I will send you an invoice for the return shipping fee once I have repaired your broken/ previously designed item.
